Summary

Because the development of Individual Patient Care (especially Patient Encounter Assistance) computer systems falls so much in the chasm between conventional computing and conventional medicine it has too often proved difficult to publish relevant papers; and too often, when eventually published, such papers are only found in obscure journals.

I have saved copies of many such papers in my attic, and although they were historically significant, they are no longer easily accessible. For this reason it seemed worthwhile to make use of the existence of the EEPD website to list, and eventually provide direct access to, a gradually increasing number of them.
